All minimums listed below do not include tax or gratuity - a 20% gratuity will be added to all buy out final bills
All buy outs must be paid on maximum 2 cards (Exception - Full Bar buyouts multiple cards accepted)
All rentals, florals, personal items, misc event details must be off property by 12pm the following day
For the full patio and full buy-out packages we ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking to hold the space.
You have up to to 2 weeks prior to cancel and receive your deposit back.

All Day Full Buy out ( 5-1am )-$9000 Food and Beverage Minimum

#2: 3hr Full Patio buyout Prime Times 5-10pm -$4000 Food and Beverage Minimum
#3: Off hour Patio buyout Fri 3pm/Sat 2pm -5pm / 10 -12am- $4000 Food and Beverage Minimum
Full Bar Pricing:
#4: 3hr Full Buy Out Prime Times (indoor & outdoor) 5-10pm - $8000 food and beverage Minimum
#5: ALL Day Full Buy Out ( indoor & outdoor ) - $18,000 Food and Beverage Minimum
After Parties with no buyout - Pre-Pay $30 per estimated guest
All money will go towards your final bill
This cost holds guaranteed space + Wristband at the door

Bring in own Caterer ( Patio ) - $500 fee

Inside furniture can be rearranged but not moved off-site
