Bring in own Furniture rentals - $300 fee to clear/store our current furniture ( patio )

Inside furniture can be rearranged but not moved off-site

All minimums listed do not include tax or gratuity - a 25% gratuity will be added to all buy out final bills

All buy outs must be paid on maximum 2 cards (Exception - Full Bar buyouts multiple cards accepted)

All rentals, florals, personal items, misc event details must be off property by 12pm the following day

For the full patio and full buy-out packages we ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking to hold the space.

You have up to to 2 weeks prior to cancel and receive your deposit back
